    We are a private, family owned business!

    How many total employees does the company have?

    How many drivers does the company currently have?

    80

    How many terminals does the company have and where are they?

    We have one terminal located in Gleason, Tennessee. However, we have dedicated lanes in several locations of the Southeastern US and employ remote drivers.

    What is the passenger policy?

    We allow any passengers over the age of 18 years of age with a valid ID.

    What is the pet policy?

    No pets are allowed in Company Vehicles at this time.

    What kinds of freight does the company haul?

    We operate 4 major divisions of Freight. Liquid tanker (non-hazmat), Dump, Pneumatic, and Van freight.

    In what states does the company operate in the most?

    While we primarily run lanes in Tennessee, we operate all over the Southeast and our Van department runs much of the US.

    How many hours are free before the driver starts receiving detention time pay?

    We pay detention time to drivers after the two hour standard courtesy time has passed.

    Does the company use E-logs or Paper Logs?

    We operate with E-logs.

    If the company uses e-log which system is used? People-Net, Qualcomm, etc?

    Samsara is used for all of our driver logging.

    Does the company “slip seat” drivers or assign drivers to trucks?

    No, our drivers are assigned their own trucks and rarely switch vehicles.

    Do drivers need to be prepared to have a place to keep the trailer on home time?

    Most of our drivers are able to leave their truck and trailer at our home terminal, unless they are operating a remote position.

  • New Hire Orientation Questions

    Are new hires paid anything for orientation?

    Yes, all orientation time is paid.

    Does the company pay for all travel arrangements?

    If you are required to travel for orientation, the Company will cover the expense of hotels and rental cars.

    What method of travel does the company use? (Flight, Bus, Rental Car)

    Our recruits are provided with a rental car.

    Does the driver get their own hotel room or are drivers required to room with another driver?

    Recruits are provided with their own hotel room during orientation.

    Does the company have enough trucks for all of the drivers it hires at orientation or will the driver need to travel to another facility or terminal to recover a truck after orientation is finished?

    You will be assigned a truck after orientation.

    How long must a driver be employed before benefits kick in?

    Full medical benefits start within 30-60 days of employment.

    Does the company offer a performance bonus program?

    We give bi-annual performance bonuses to all drivers.

    Does the company offer any sign on bonuses?

    We currently offer a $5,000 sign-on Bonus.

    Does the company offer a driver referral bonus program?

    Yes.
