F&W Transportation, based in Augusta, Georgia, is comprised of two divisions:

General Freight:

We deliver dry goods across 49 states and Canada, operating both 48 ft and 53 ft trailers. Many of our trailers are paper spec and have logistic post. 

Rolling Stock:

F&W utilizes 80 specialized trailers capable of hauling rolling stock. We offer a mix of enclosed and open (auto hauler) style trailers. The enclosed trailers consist of a winch driven internal deck allowing for two levels of golf cars with the capability of raising it when empty for backhauling general freight. The open style trailer allows for golf cars or tractors to be hauled fully accessorized, up to 76" height. 

F&W Transportation’s roots span over four generations, dating back to the early 30’s when a small transfer company was started transporting household goods throughout the Southeast. ​

F&W Transportation now employs approximately 120 and a fleet of 100 power units, 220 dry vans, and 80 specialized trailers for rolling stock. F&W’s rolling stock division primarily delivers golf cars to golf courses and dealers, and its freight division hauls general commodities to various customers throughout 49 states and Canada.

Long-Haul Drivers- All loads are dispatched out from the terminal and are backhauled directly back towards Augusta, GA. No Extended period trips. 

Golf Car Delivery: F&W is the dedicated carrier for E-Z-GO/TEXTRON. We ship to Golf Courses and Dealers across the 49 states and Canada.​

General Freight Delivery: F&W has many general freight customers based in the surrounding area of Augusta, Georgia with deliveries across the 48 States and Canada.

​Regional/Short-Haul: F&W provides dedicated transportation for companies located in Augusta, GA. This requires dedicated daily runs from Augusta, GA to various regional locations.
