Kastle West Distributing started as a regional product distributor for the west coast states in 1998 and expanding into the trucking industry years later, we are 100% dedicated to trucking and focusing on driver satisfaction and development.


Because we are small, this gives us the unique ability to treat our drivers right. We are seeking ONE distinct individual to join our family.

Consistent, salary based pay allows drivers to drive safely without pushing for mileage pay

2 days off for every 7 days out

Premium Freightliner with all upgrades and appliances and CB

505 h.p. with 12-speed auto

75 mph limit

Diesel powered APU

No chaining in winter

Simple company structure, no management layers

$5,000.00 sign-on bonus

Additional Military sign-on bonus
