    Yes, but with the assistance of an overhead crane that we will train you to use! Makes loading / unloading easier!

    30 minutes to 1 hour

    Are drivers able to stay within a certain geographical area or are they required to run wherever the company runs?

    Driver gets assigned a route / region and stays there unless they wish to change, or we ask for a volunteer to help out with other routes to cover vacations

    Yes

    Depends. Some have single, some have double.

  • New Hire Orientation Questions

    How long is the company’s orientation process?

    2-3 hours crane training at warehouse, 2 hours orientation with HR, 1 week (minimum) of training with driver trainer to learn how to load/unload and how our routes work.

    Are new hires paid anything for orientation?

    Yes

    Does the company have enough trucks for all of the drivers it hires at orientation or will the driver need to travel to another facility or terminal to recover a truck after orientation is finished?

    All trucks are domiciled locally (within 10-15 miles of warehouse)
