We pride ourselves with the quality of drivers we hire & the excellent service we provide to our customers. We are based in Ohio and typically service East of the Mississippi River, with the exceptions of freight going to KS, MO, and TX. Our fleet consists of 2019 and newer Volvo VNL860 series tractors and 53' dry vans hauling 98% no-touch freight. Orientation is typically 1.5 days and most drivers are out by 3pm at the conclusion of Orientation.

We pay drivers $150 for successful completion of Orientation.

We use all methods of transportation.

Drivers get their own private hotel rooms.
After orientation is finished how long will it take for the driver can get dispatched home to pick up his/her gear?
After orientation, we usually send drivers home that weekend to gather the rest of their gear.
Does the company have enough trucks for all of the drivers it hires at orientation or will the driver need to travel to another facility or terminal to recover a truck after orientation is finished?
All of our trucks are that our only terminal and ready for drivers to move into.

You get an yearly automatic raise on the anniversary of your hire date.
